Quadri Moore to transfer out of Cincinnati

Quadri Moore is transferring out of Cincinnati, as of this time nobody knows where Moore will be heading, but everyone wishes him the best. Moore has been with the program the last three seasons and was a reserve forward, he had a major following on social media if you check Twitter for hashtag #QuadSquad you will see some epic stuff.

I think because of the log jam at the forward/center positions Moore saw the writing on the wall for playing time and with one year of eligibility left he decided to take his chances elsewhere. For the program that gets Moore they will get a big man who is best playing in the paint on defense and a face up guy on offense who can space the floor when he is on.

Once we find out where Moore is going we will post the information on our Bearcat Insider Facebook account and on Twitter.

Per GoBearcats:

Senior reserve forward Quadri Moore will transfer from the University of Cincinnati men’s basketball team, head coach Mick Cronin has announced.

“Everybody here cares about Quadri,” Cronin said. “We wish him all the best.”

Moore, a native of Linden, New Jersey, played three seasons for the Bearcats, averaging 2.5 points and 1.3 rebounds in 8.0 minutes during 79 career games.

Managing Editor of Bearcat Insider, I've been on the BCI team the last couple of years. I made the final four in the Biggest Big East Fan contest in 2011, I covered UC also on Cincy on the Prowl. I'm just a lefty trying to get buckets in this game called life Van Exel style.
